Today we celebrate ALL the amazing dogs who have touched our lives — our past, present, and foster fur babies. 🐶💕

Some have stayed with us forever, some have crossed the rainbow bridge and left paw prints on our hearts, and some have been lucky enough to pass through our homes on their way to their forever families. 🐾🌈🏡

No matter how long they were part of our lives, each one has been loved, cherished, and unforgettable. ❤️

The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we unfortunately can’t prepare the fresh food you expect from us until power has been restored.

Big Norm’s is proud to support the Happy Tails Birthday Drive hosted by the Warren-Newport Library in Gurnee!

Now through July 28, we’re collecting donations for the shelter dogs at Animal Care and Control. You can drop off your donation at Big Norm’s or at the Warren-Newport Library.

As a thank-you, receive 5% off your order of $5 or more when you bring in a donation!

🐶 Donation Wish List:

🦴 Tough Dog Toys & Chews
• Hard bones
• Durable toys dogs can’t rip apart
• Nylabones or other long-lasting chew toys

🦴 Dog Treats
• Soft treats (Chewy Milk-Bones, Pupperoni, etc.)

Hey everyone! We wanted to let you know that although we updated our hours starting May 1st, we’ve made one more change.

We’ll still be open later during the week, but we’ve decided to go back to being closed on Sundays.

As a small, family-owned business, Sundays give us the opportunity to spend an entire day with our family instead of just a few hours together at the end of the night. That time is truly important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and for choosing to support our family business. We couldn’t do this without all of you, and we look forward to serving you Monday through Saturday!

Our current hours are:
📅 Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Sunday: Closed
