Today is a VERY special day 🥳 Happy Birthday to our Owner & Chef, Luke Martin!

Let’s talk about the man that does IT ALL.
He’s a father, an exquisite chef, a man of many ideas, a wine connoisseur, a major sports fan, a business owner, a golfer, a family man and so, so much more. How he balances it all? Not sure but I think it’s magic. Either way, he’s the GOAT.

Luke is the reason Blackstock Bistro is, Blackstock Bistro. His love for cooking and passion in the kitchen goes way deeper than what we are grateful to see on a daily basis. Then, he used his creativity to open another space for our community, Sage Grouse Lounge. Luke, thank you for giving our community food and events that are constantly worth talking about. Thank you for putting in the hard work to make it all happen and thank you for the sacrifices you have made to get/be here today.

Your hard work does not go unseen. Your staff, community and family love you and value you so very much. 🫶🏼
