COFFEE GROUNDS FOR CONCERN !⁉️
⚠️⚠️

Please Join us for our mid morning meditation with Cacao at 11am🌿

I love the smell and rich intense taste of coffee YET

Common Health Drawbacks

⚠️Sleep Disruption:

Caffeine blocks sleep signals in the brain, making it hard to fall asleep or reach deep sleep, especially when consumed later in the day.

⚠️Anxiety and Jitters:

High amounts of a stimulant like caffeine can cause nervousness, rapid heart rate, and make anxiety worse.

⚠️Digestive Upset:

Coffee increases stomach acid, which can trigger acid reflux, heartburn, or an upset stomach.

⚠️Dependency and Withdrawal:

Regular use builds tolerance. Stopping suddenly can lead to withdrawal symptoms like headaches, fatigue, and irritability.

⚠️Higher Cholesterol:

Unfiltered coffee styles (like French press or espresso) contain oils called diterpenes that can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.

⚠️Increased Urination:

Caffeine acts as a mild diuretic, which can increase bladder urgency and lead to dehydration if you do not drink enough water.
