GREAT NEWS! Starting today, you can pre order your favorites BBQ'd Salmon and dips on our website at www.brookmanssmokehouse.com (scroll to the bottom) under Same Day Pre Order Menu and pickup between 3pm and 5 pm Mon- Fri (Based on item availability)

So get those orders in to pickup today between 3pm and 5pm.

Because you’re part of our inner circle, we want to make sure you can get your BBQ fix without the 3-day lead time. We’ve launched a Local VIP Menu specifically for those who know the "lay of the land."

The VIP Perk:
While the general public is required to book 72 hours in advance, you can access our secret local menu and order by 6:00 PM tonight for next-day pickup!

How it works:

Place your order by 6:00 PM to lock in your fresh-off-the-smoker meal for the following day. We do have availability all this week so get your orders in before we fill up!
