Happy St. Patrick’s Day y’all!! Yes, we will have Corned Beef and Cabbage meals starting after 1 pm., as well as our full menu and an additional menu to satisfy all of your cravings! AND the cutest bartender ever!
Remember, specials are just that..special. These are first come, first served items. We cannot reserve meals hoping folks will show up to get them. So come enjoy and know we’ve made every effort to make a ton!

Its Friday and we all know that means STEAK & SEAFOOD NIGHT! In addition to our Ribeyes, we will have Trigger, Grouper, Shrimp & Catfish! We only serve these items on Fridays, not the full menu. But lets talk about tomorrow. Tomorrow at 2 pm is Music Bingo! We will have our full menu along with our Music City Menu! This menu is for Saturday Feb. 17.

If you missed last months Music Bingo with DJ Renee…you missed a great time! Guess what? Its back this Saturday! So we decided to do a Music City themed menu in addition to our regular menu! It’ll be busy, so come early to get your seat, some grub and the best drink prices around! Don’t forget, Music Bingo starts at 2 but the fun begins when you get here!

How many Bingo players last night? No really. 201? Yes, 201. And I am pretty sure we fed 98% of them in 2 hours. And let me say, we appreciate each and every one of you that ate with us…and if you think we don’t, then you might be the reason I got on the microphone. I’d like to apologize for what I said, but that would be a lie…I meant it, every word. When 200+ people get fed out of a 3 person(2 cooking) kitchen in less than 2 hours, you need to have patience, even if you’re from a Northern state that isn’t known for that trait.
So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to each person that dines with us, but remember, we will be nice until its time to not be nice.

Well hello Friday, you gorgeous thing! It’s Steak & Seafood night at Liberty Grill inside American Legion Gulf Shores Post 44! We will have our handcut Ribeyes, Gulf Grouper&Shrimp and Catfish Dinners tonight! For dessert we have raspberry filled chocolate cake, strawberry filled strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting, as well as apple crisp! See you at 5pm!

Friday at last! But let’s talk about that…why do we not open til 5? Well because there are just the 3 of us in this little kitchen and we need most of the day to prepare. 150+ salads, handcutting every ribeye, skewer the shrimp, hand kneading every garlic cheddar biscuit, making each dessert…it’s a lot of work for for a couple hours of madness but that’s why. So, we will se y’all at 5!

Our hearts are so full! Christmas spirit filled Liberty Grill in American Legion Gulf Shores Post 44 yesterday when 237 & 49 Veterans were served In 1 hour and 52 minutes!! I never thought we’d do more than we did at Thanksgiving, and y’all proved me wrong!
We want to send a heartfelt thank you to Justin Engle for keeping that line rolling with a smile, Mark and Suzee Bochantin for clearing tables and helping with dishes and Brenda Harbin for handing out Veteran tickets.
And to all of you who trusted us with your Christmas, thank you so much!

Merry Christmas! It’s almost time! We will be serving from Noon until 3 pm, first come, first served, open to the public. Please, remember to bring your Christmas spirit…it will be busy, there will be a line…but we will plate your food as quickly as we can because we want everyone to enjoy!

On Sunday December 17, we had the pleasure of catering the Christmas Party and District Meetings for the American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. With roughly 130 in attendance, it was a great day! Thank you for trusting us with such an important event!
