**New online ordering policy**
We are so happy to be able to offer online ordering to all of our customers across both locations but we have had some kinks that we need your help working out!
The pickup location is listed in multiple areas throughout the entire ordering process (the top of the page, the drop down menu, the final checkout page, and several other areas. See below!) but somehow this is being overlooked and orders are still being placed for the wrong location.
As a small business, we try our best to not aimlessly waste product but this issue is leading to orders having to be re-made again when the customer arrives at the location they hoped to pickup from even if that is not the shop location they sent their order to. Even worse is that some of the people overlooking these details are taking their frustration out on our employees. If you know our team then you know they are a group of hardworking and sweet girls so we would love to get this sorted asap🖤
Moving forward, with the location details being listed 6 times, if online orders are sent to the wrong address we will require payment to be made again if you are unable to travel to the shop you initially sent your order to.
