----------
If you don't know L'INCANTO, you don't know the full meaning of Italian food. Many South Carolinians think pasta and marinara, sure. But do they think porchini mushrooms and truffles and veal? Those ingredients happen to be some of Chef Carlo's favorites to prepare. He enjoys surprising guests with the flavors of fresh seafood and Mediterranean infusion, surpassing any preconceived notions. His 35 years of experience also come into play with this decadent cooking style. Dishes stay true to traditions of the Italian North, where Chef learned his culinary art first hand. A MASTER OF FINE NORTHERN ITALIAN FOOD
----------
Chef Carlos is native to Colombia, South America. He first came to the United States at age 21 and started working as a dishwasher in New York City. He was curious and attentive, and was quickly promoted. He discovered a love for Northern Italian style cooking and studied the specialty in Italy. Eventually he was elevated to Executive Chef and oversaw all seven restaurants in the NYC group. In 2007, Carlos relocated to Greenville to act as Executive Chef for the new venture Coal Fired Bistro. A couple years later, he met and married his wife Kristi. They opened their own restaurant together in 2013. Carlos continued to impress and make a name for himself at Da Vinci's for five years. PASSIONATE & EXPERIENCED OWNERS
----------
In December 2018, the couple opened L'INCANTO in Greer, South Carolina. "The Charm" offers the finest Northern Italian cuisine - that's as unique and exclusive as Chef himself. L'INCANTO owners Carlos and Kristi Echeverri put passion into every part of this business. Thoughtfully designing meals to showcase the traditions of Northern Italy with modern flare. Curating the atmosphere for elegant comfort - no detail, like frosted glass rose emblems or chic blue light emanating from the bar, left unconsidered. Carlos and Kristi are incredibly proud of this restaurant and would be honored for you to visit time and time again.
