MacIain’s Public House Slàinte Mhath!! "MacIain" is Gaelic for Johnson. They want to share the vision of a Scots-Irish pub investing in Greenwood's diverse community.

MacIain's (pronounced mac-KEE-uhn) Public House is a Scots-Irish pub specializing in Scottish, Irish, English cuisine, and spirits in an immersive Celtic atmosphere. Dr. Joseph Johnson and Rhett Green are the owners of Greenwood's first Scots-Irish pub that offers food and spirits from the Celtic lands of Scotland, Ireland and England. They trace their origins to the mighty Clan Donald of Scotland through the MacIain (of Ardnamurchan) and McCutcheon families. At MacIain's Public House, our mission is to create a welcoming and authentic Scottish, Irish, and English pub experience that celebrates the rich heritage of Ireland and the United Kingdom through exceptional food, live music, and cultural events. We are committed to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction while fostering a vibrant community spirit in Greenwood. We're excited to have another Pints with a Priest on the calendar!

This is a casual time to come and hang out with an Anglican priest, and talk to him about anything and everything; questions you have, ideas you're wrestling with, movies you've seen.

Fr. Jon will be at McIain's from 6-9pm on Thursday, October 15 in the lounge area. Come and hop in!

FAMILY! FRIENDS! COUNTRYMEN!

We are so excited to finally announce that we are doing a Monty Python Movie Night! The showing will ONLY BE October 17th and tickets are limited to just 48. Tickets go on sale Thursday starting 5:00 PM! Seats will be in the banquet and lounge area and will be first come first serve. Arrival for the movie begins at 6:00 PM and the movie will begin at 6:30 PM.

You will be treated to a lovely evening with an appetizer of your own Holy Hand Gr***de (Scotch Egg), a Shrubbery (House Salad), a Flightless Bird (The Chuckie with housemade chips), a tea or fountain drink, and a Camelot Coke Float with your choice of float.

Throughout the night, you can also order…
- More Holy Hand Gr***des (Scotch Eggs) at our regular menu price
- Our handcrafted cocktail for the evening: Our Father Elderberry (Elderflower Liqueur+Gin+Blackberry Liqueur+Cranberry Juice)
- Our handcrafted mocktail for the evening: A Migrating Coconut! (Coconut Milk+Cocoa Syrup+Strawberry Syrup)
- Anything from the Bar Menu!

Please know that the only way to purchase tickets is in person at the pub. Anything online is not from us and we cannot attest to the validity of any tickets purchased outside of the pub. And once we run out, we run out! You can purchase your dinner and movie night ticket for $55 per ticket OR $100 for a couple!

Our main dining area will still be open during this time, so if you want to enjoy your night at the pub since Camelot Tis a Silly Place, you are more than welcome.
