🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM PEPPERS GREENWOOD MANAGEMENT 🚨
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY — PLEASE READ
At Peppers Greenwood, our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment where everyone can come together, relax, socialize, and have a great time.
However, we want to make our expectations and policies very clear moving forward.
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ARGUMENTS & PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS
We have a STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for verbal confrontations, threatening behavior, physical altercations, or fighting of any kind, whether INSIDE OUR ESTABLISHMENT OR OUTSIDE IN OUR PARKING LOT.
Anyone involved in these situations will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM PEPPERS GREENWOOD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A permanent ban means exactly that — PERMANENT. It does not matter how long you have been a customer, who you know, who you are friends with, or who you believe can convince management to allow you back inside. Once you are banned, that decision is final.
🚨 INCIDENTS OUTSIDE OUR ESTABLISHMENT
For the safety of our employees, our staff will NOT physically intervene in altercations occurring outside our establishment.
Any incidents occurring outside our doors are at the individuals’ own risk. However, if management becomes aware of arguments, threats, or physical altercations involving our customers outside the building, those individuals will also be subject to a permanent ban.
Our employees are here to serve our customers, not put themselves in dangerous situations because others cannot control their behavior.
🔒 NO WEAPONS ALLOWED
GUNS, KNIVES, AND WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE PEPPERS GREENWOOD.
For everyone’s safety, we conduct security screenings, including the use of handheld metal detectors.
Anyone found carrying a prohibited weapon will be required to secure it elsewhere before entering. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry.
🚗 PARKING LOT & SURROUNDING AREAS
Our parking lot is NOT A PUBLIC HANGOUT OR GATHERING AREA.
This applies to both customers and non-customers.
We are located directly in front of a residential neighborhood, and we expect everyone to respect the families and residents who live nearby.
Loud gatherings, yelling, arguing, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and loitering in our parking lot or surrounding areas will not be tolerated.
When you leave our establishment, we ask that you do so respectfully and without disturbing our neighbors.
⚠️ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRY
Peppers Greenwood reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone engaging in disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, consistent with applicable law.
OUR BUSINESS. OUR RULES. YOUR CHOICE TO FOLLOW THEM.
🍻 WE ARE HERE FOR A GOOD TIME — NOT DRAMA!
We work hard to provide a place where people can enjoy great drinks, entertainment, music, sports, and time with friends.
Our customers deserve to enjoy their evenings without witnessing arguments, fighting, disrespectful behavior, or unnecessary disturbances.
Our employees deserve to come to work without being subjected to hostility, threats, or dangerous situations.
And our neighbors deserve peace and respect.
If you cannot come out, conduct yourself like an adult, respect others, and enjoy yourself without creating problems, we respectfully ask that you choose another establishment.
We will not allow the poor decisions or inappropriate behavior of a few individuals to ruin the experience or compromise the safety of everyone else.
These policies are not up for debate, negotiation, or exceptions.
