Spicy Beef Jerky
Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce (your favorite brand)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions:
Begin by slicing the beef thinly against the grain. It’s best to slightly freeze the beef for about 1 hour to make slicing easier.
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your oven to 170°F (75°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and place a cooling rack on top.
Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the cooling rack.
Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the beef jerky is dry and chewy but not brittle. Flip the jerky halfway through the cooking time to ensure even drying.
Once done, remove the jerky from the oven and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

🍔🧀 Crack Chicken Burgers 🧀🍔
These juicy, cheesy, and flavor-packed Crack Chicken Burgers are loaded with ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and creamy cheddar cheese. A perfect burger for a family cookout or an easy weeknight meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (for serving)
Mayonnaise or ranch dressing (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Make sure they are slightly larger than the buns, as they will shrink when cooked.

Stovetop: Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook the patties for the same amount of time, flipping once.
Toast the Buns: While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet for extra flavor.
Assemble the Burgers: Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing on the toasted buns (if using). Add lettuce, tomato, and pickles, then place the cooked Crack Chicken Burger on top.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite sides like fries, coleslaw, or a simple salad!
