Hangry Ohana started off as an idea by two friends with a love for the food of their homelands. Honing their craft and expertise over the years, this endeavor represents a culmination of their dedication and passion for food. With its roots in the Hawaiian Islands, the most well-known melting pot in the world, a savory mix of Hawaiian cooking and Texas BBQ has emerged in the great city of Denver.

While the word “‘ohana” is typically understood to mean “family,” anyone from Hawaii will tell you that it includes much more than just blood relatives; it encompasses friends and the overall spirit of Aloha that is shared with all people. For anyone that has visited Hawaii, or is simply missing home like me, to those who have never been there and would like to experience the wonders of Hawaiian cuisine, we invite you to give us a try and welcome you with open arms to be a part of the Hangry Ohana.
