🥛 Muhalabia is a milk-based pudding that spread across the Middle East, the eastern Mediterranean, and parts of the Ottoman world over many centuries.
🇦🇲 In Armenia, muhallabia became familiar largely through centuries of cultural exchange within the Ottoman Empire.
In some Armenian households, especially in Western Armenian and Middle Eastern Armenian traditions, muhalabia became part of festive meals and family gatherings.

Come try a piece of Armenia here 🖤🐑

🐙 Octopus has been eaten in Cyprus since ancient times, with evidence going back to the Bronze Age.
It became especially important during Orthodox fasting periods, since it isn’t considered meat. Today, octopus remains a staple of Cypriot 🇨🇾 cuisine, commonly grilled and served in meze, reflecting the island’s long connection to the sea.
