Well… today was a COMPLETE BUST for both Pelón’s Tacos AND Pelons Pops y Mas 🤦‍♀️🌮🍦
The ice cream bus decided it needed a little roadside vacation and is currently waiting to be repaired. Thankfully, the guys were able to get pulled over safely! 🙌
And then… we realized we COMPLETELY forgot about an event we had signed up for. 😭 Yep. We dropped the ball. We’re human, we mess up, and sometimes everything seems to happen on the same day.

One more heads-up: if you’ve paid with a credit card over the past week or so, you may just now see those transactions coming through. Somehow our system had been running offline, and those payments are now processing. 💳
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we get ourselves—and apparently all of our equipment—back together. 😂🧡
Tomorrow is a new day! 🌮🍦

Out at the Hunt County Raceway this evening. It definitely was eventful 🤣🤣🤣🌧🌧.

We know how much y'all have been missing us, and trust us... we've been missing serving you too! ❤️

Unfortunately, the temperature inside the food trailer today reached nearly 125°. For the safety of our crew, we've made the tough decision to stay closed tonight.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support. We'll be working on staying cool and can't wait to get back out there serving up your favorite tacos as soon as it's safe to do so.
