She has been part of Bar Reverie since day one, and we truly couldn’t imagine this place without her. American wagyu beef carpaccio — delicately sliced with frisée, truffle, pistachio, Parmigiano Reggiano, and aged balsamic

Roast pheasant — paired with rich potato gratin, confit & glazed ramps, blueberry, and a balsamic finish
