Pete’s will be open today for a trial Saturday run. 4:00-8:00. The menu will be limited due to limited staffing. The pulled pork will be there, all burgers, and dogs as well. Come on out to see us at Pete’s on Poinsett hwy. Pulled pork, chicken, turkey, and brisket will all be available by the pound as well.

I know some have asked when the bbq is coming. It will be in the menu sometime this week. I’m really trying for Thursday. It smokes low and slow for about 20 hours, then it is wrapped for a resting period before it is pulled. This ensures it is as tender as can be without losing moisture or flavor. Nobody likes dry barbecue.
