Califas fam, it’s that time again — Bank of America Fall for Greenville is HERE Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11 and we’re pulling up BIG this year! We’re hyped, we’re ready, and we’re bringing the heat with new restaurant favorites PLUS the classic bangers you already love:

• Birria Nachos
• Chicken Nachos
• Birria Tacos
• Chicken Birria‑Style Tacos
• Mexican Street Corn in a Cup

NEW LOCATION ALERT 🚨
We’ll be set up right in front of Paloma’s Restaurant, super close to the kids’ rides — easy to find, easy to smell the birria from a mile away.

PAYMENT MADE EASY 💳💵
Don’t forget — this is the second year Fall for Greenville is ditching the tickets and rolling with card payments through their card readers! If you don’t have a card but still want to use cash, no worries — they’ll have tents around the festival where you can exchange cash for a festival cash card to use at all food vendors. Pull up prepared and come ready to feast!

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!
Here at Califas, we’re celebrating the flavors, traditions, and stories that keep our Hispanic heritage alive. Every dish we serve carries a piece of where we come from — the love, the culture, and the inspiration that continue to make Califas what it is today.

A TASTE OF INSPIRATION
Growing up in Culver City and living in West Los Angeles for almost 30 years, Erika developed a deep appreciation for Latin cuisine. Being in the kitchen during family and friend gatherings became second nature. But it wasn’t until learning from her Grandmother and Mother that she understood the heart of cooking — you cook with love, passion, and always try to outdo your last dish.

FOLLOWING A LEGACY
For Erika, Califas symbolizes home. It’s a dream come true not only for her, but for her entire family. Even though her greatest mentor is no longer with us, Erika honors her Grandmother’s legacy by sharing the dishes and comfort she grew up with. Every plate is a way for our community to experience the same love she felt as a child.

This month, we celebrate Hispanic Heritage by sharing the stories, flavors, and traditions that keep Califas going. From our kitchen to your table — thank you for being part of our journey. 💛✨
