•Carriage Double Smash- Two fresh beef patties smashed on the flat-top for crispy edges, topped with melted American cheese on a toasted potato bun. All sauces and condiments are on the side.

•Carolina Mustard Crusted Smash- A single smashed beef patty crusted with our Carolina mustard sauce on the flat top, topped with melted American cheese, our smoked pulled pork and a toasted bun. Sliced dill pickles served on the side. Grilled sweet onions are optional.

•Oklahoma Smashhouse Fries- Fresh russet potatoes cut in-house and twice fried in a beef tallow blend for a crispy outside and fluffy center. Topped with grilled sweet onions, house golden queso, housemade Thousand Island sauce, and finished with sea salt.

•Sour Cream n’ Chive Hash Smash- Smashed beef patty topped with melted Swiss, crispy housemade hash browns, and our sour cream n’ chive spread, served on toasted inside-out buns.

Our October Carriage Crew Day Out was this past Sunday. We started with lunch at Ison’s Family Pizza, then stopped at RomWeber Marketplace to look at antiques. After that, we headed to Vogt Farm to pick out pumpkins and finished at Doll’s Orchard with apple slushies and a few shots from the apple cannon.

It was nice to spend some time together outside of work. It was a busy day with a lot of fun moments. We appreciate all the hard work our crew puts in at Carriage and Shamrocks. As always, we appreciate our customers for making these days possible.
