We have made one if the biggest decisions of our lives recently. To sell our house and move off grid....yikes. Our days have been spent deciding what items we need to keep. Need because when you are moving into a just barely 500 square ft cabin you can't keep everything. I really thought we didn't own to much compared to the average person...the joke was on me lol. We have sooo much. Life is full of lessons I'm sure I will be learning alot in the days to come. We thank all of you loyal friends...not customers. If you would like to follow us on our next adventure you can. Just follow Our Primitive life .This is my view today as I sit and write........not bad, not bad at all.

We have gotten so much response from our post about closing. We would like to say that our closing wasn't lack of support or business. It was a problem with the lease or lack of a lease agreement. So with that said we would like to see the BBQ live on. We never intended for the BBQ to just end.
We would love for someone else to take over what we have built up and make it bigger and better. If anyone would be interested in buying the business and relocating it or if anyone has a building or property for us to relocate to we would like to talk to you.

We are now closed. I used to post closed for the season....but this time we are closed. Due to circumstances beyond our control this will be the end of a great era for us. I loved dropping off menus at the businesses close by before we would open for the season. The smiles that would bring was so very awesome. Was it that we were the first sign of spring? Or was it the food? It is the people who we will miss. So many friend we made. And the fact that you would wait in line for the food always blew our minds. Thank you for your loyal support and dedication. We will miss each and everyone of you.
