Thanks for stopping by!

Standing as a cherished neighborhood anchor on Wendover Avenue, Country Barbeque delivers a legendary "Lexington-style" experience that locals swear by. You pull into the lot and immediately catch the deep, intoxicating aroma of hickory smoke wafting from the outdoor pits. You slide into a cozy booth and devour a plate of their famous chopped pork, seasoned with a tangy vinegar-and-tomato "dip," or a tray of their legendary smoky ribs. Alongside the savory meat, you crunch into perfectly golden hush puppies and scoop up a serving of their unique red slaw. The vibe is high-energy and wonderfully unpretentious, the service is remarkably fast, and the prices are a total bargain for the quality. You walk out smelling of woodsmoke and feeling completely satisfied.
