☕️ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: The Future is Dia! ☕️
A few months ago, many of you took a survey for us. Between your feedback, fantastic sales, and the incredible support from our regulars, the data made one thing crystal clear: Dia is ready to take center stage!
What started as a side project has officially become the main character. Month over month, Dia Café and Dia Coffees have grown faster than we ever imagined. You have spoken, and we are thrilled to announce a massive Dia Café expansion!
Here is a look at the exciting changes coming your way:
•☀️ Dia Café (The New Sit-Down Space): We are transforming the Noche dining room into an expanded, sit-down Dia experience! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, a full espresso bar, craft cocktails, fresh pastries, and more.
•🏃♂️ Dia To-Go (Quick-Service): The current Dia space will become your ultimate fast-track stop. In a rush for work? Grab your favorite espresso drink, a pastry, or a quick breakfast sandwich and roll out.
•🌙 Dia After Dark (Wed–Sat Evenings): When the sun goes down, our dining room transforms into the ultimate nightlife experience. Join us for a full espresso bar, a brand-new tapas menu, signature cocktails, artisanal desserts, and curated Delta-9/THC-infused options. Whether you want a latte or a martini, we have you covered.
What does this mean for Noche?
Noche taught us so much, brought us closer to our community, and fostered lifelong friendships, but it’s time to move on! We are bursting with excitement for this next chapter.
•📆 Last Noche Service: Saturday, June 6th. Come visit us this week for one final meal or margarita!
•🍳 Sunday, June 7th: Noche will have NO brunch service, but the current Dia space will be open regular hours to fuel your day.
✨A Quick Note on Our Transition:
We are working to change concepts while simultaneously running an operating restaurant and cafe. We will be making changes slowly, as time and our operating schedule allow. We truly appreciate your love and support during this exciting transition.
