Hello GC Freeze family,

We are so blessed to have the opportunity to serve you. This past week, we got to see a taste of your true character.

On Thursday, we had an urgent medical situation with a customer who had a condition that took a turn for the worst. With the quick thinking of the folks in the dining room, we rallied together to provide them with the best possible chance of survival. One customer immediately called 911. Two were nurses who stepped up to work with a former first responder to give CPR. The remaining customers prayed and helped to clear the dining room to give our beloved emergency responders room to take action.

We are unsure of this customer's condition and continue to pray for their recovery as well as for their family. We are so grateful for your readiness to take action. We are truly honored to serve you and your families.

Thank you,

Doug & Carrie
