Long before our cart arrives, the work has already begun behind the scenes.
Every piece of fresh fruit and every veggie is carefully washed and prepped. And then? We wait. ⏰
Hours are spent allowing everything to fully dry before it's stored or prepared for your event. It may seem like a small detail, but it’s an important part of maintaining freshness, quality, and food safety for our clients.
These grapes actually dried surprisingly fast considering we had to stack them a little more than usual! 🍇 And with the recent heat hitting right at the peak of strawberry season, finding beautiful, fresh berries for this event was more challenging than expected. But we made it happen! 🍓🙌
That’s part of what goes on behind the scenes that our clients may never see. Sometimes it means extra shopping, extra prep, extra time, and a whole lot of problem-solving to make sure what we serve meets the standard we want for your event.
When you book Joyful Grazing, you’re not simply paying for the food you see on the cart. You’re paying for the planning, sourcing, preparation, food safety, service, and attention to detail that happens long before your first guest arrives.
