Having lived part of our lives in Mexico City, among colorful stalls in popular markets and surrounded by the delicious smells and flavors of food made in the purest style of Mexico City. We were fortunate to learn alongside our mother-grandmother the secrets of how to achieve those great flavors, which is why Mexican cuisine is recognized. But of course, adding that special touch that can only be found in Mexico City. Today, we want to share more than just a dish; we want to offer you that true barrio flavor, the taste that can only be found in the flea markets of Mexico City, at the corner stands, stadium exits, or at the Sunday markets. As proud chilangos, as a way of thanking this country that has given us so much, we would like to offer our flavorful dishes to everyone, while adding our unique touch.
