Wisconsin craft brewery dedicated to making adventure-worthy beer for the past 30 years.
📍Visit our beer hall in Green Bay (across the road from Lambeau Field) for delicious beer and farm-to-table cuisine. I look at it as a journey that I set out on years ago. Similiar to paddling a long stretch of river through the Wisconsin wilderness, we're never really sure what's around the next bend. It's been my mission to deliver only the best to those who have graced us with their patronage. In essence, Hinterland is a craft brewery hell bent on perfection and a couple of restaurants delivering a wild harvest to your plate. We hang our hat on preparing tasty, locally-raised food along side an artisanally-made beer from our brewery.

Sharp cheddar. Hot sausage off the grill. A b**r dry enough to reset between bites.

That is the whole idea behind this collab with Hop Butcher for the World. We brewed Football is Better with Sausage and Cheese. They brewed Football is Better with Cheese and Sausage.

Our version is a 6% Cold IPA, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Vic Secret. Juicy pineapple, citrus zest, and a kiss of pine resin. Built for a game that runs long.

Something is happening inside these barrels worth waiting for.

, Wisconsin's own bourbon, took a selection of our Maple Bock barrels to rest their 5-year bourbon in. Expect the unique combination to accentuate notes of maple, dark cherry, and cocoa, along with the character of the b**r that shaped those barrels.

The result will be a J. Henry bourbon unlike any other, coming in early 2027.

Good things are worth waiting for. Stay tuned. 🍁

The Maple Bock Brownie might be the best decision you make all week. 🍫

Here's how to do it right: order the brownie, rich and fudgy, with whipped cream, and ask for a pour of our Maple Bock alongside it. This b**r won a gold medal at the 1995 World B**r Championships and is brewed with real Wisconsin maple syrup. Deep brown, malty, and slightly smoky in the best possible way.

The maple in the b**r meets the chocolate in the brownie, and something just clicks. Rich meets rich. Smoke meets sweet.

And if you want to go deeper, the Luna Coffee Stout has dessert written all over it as the perfect decadent note.

Hinterland tap takeover at Will's Northwoods Inn at 11AM, 9/20!!

On tap: Hop Butcher collab, Drekker collab, Door County Cherry Wheat, Blueberry Wheat, Saving Gracie varieties, Treeline C***r, and cans of Packerland Pilsner at a special $4 per.

Here are two of our favorite cocktails to stop by for.

🍸 Miss Manhattan
Vodka, red w**e cinnamon syrup, fig liqueur, Earl Grey dry vermouth infusion, and mole bitters. Complex, elegant, and completely gluten-free.

🥃 Grandpa Bob's Old Fashioned
Berens brandy, Angostura bitters, orange, cherry. Classic done right.

And this month? We're elevating the menu with Weller Bourbon.

Wisconsin's only barrel allocation, our name on the label. Pair it with the Norwegian Ode Cod-miso glaze, jasmine rice, and coconut sweet potato, or a tender and juicy Wood-Fire Grilled Ribeye. 🥩
