🥳 So we have a couple great things ahead for you this weekend...
Our old fashioned Saturday night will feature perch 'n turf! We decided to order a little extra given that it's Father's Day weekend so we'll be serving it up again for you tomorrow along with a delicious 6 oz steak and choice of potato; plus $4 old fashioneds all day and night, of course. 🥃 happy hour 3 - 6.
Sunday Funday is looking to be pretty great because it will be the grand opening of our newly added patio!! ⛱️
And, because we have a lot of amazing dads that hang out here, we'll be grilling out for you starting at 2 PM.
🌭🍔 burgers, brats and a bunch of great sides as well as $3 beers-- just for the dads.
Live music by Old Shoes from 2 - 5; super excited to welcome them here with us!
Outdoor games
🍋 $5 fresh squeezed summer hummers, bloody marys and mojitos for the rest of you wonderful people
🍕 $10 one-topping homemade pizzas if you're more in the mood for that.

Almost to the weekend -- enjoy 75¢ traditional wings tonight for dinner! Over 25 different sauces and dry rubs to toss 'em in.
We've got just a few orders of mozzarella sticks and hatch chili cheese curds left before we switch over to our next featured apps.

Wednesday Update: Bad Mother Truckers are unable to play tonight. We are bummed but completely understand and are sending our best their way! New date to be announced soon.

Brand new kitchen special tonight: a chicken alfredo pasta bowl; made with fresh basil and mozzarella, creamy alfredo and grilled chicken over bowtie noodles! Yum!

Stop in for the mozzarella sticks, hatch chile cheese curds and mexican street corn soup before they're gone 🌽 - we've already got our next appetizer and soup ready to roll for you by Thursday.

Wed: Live, local music here from 6 - 9! Don’t miss this *rare* opportunity to see The Bad Mother Truckers Acoustic Duo! Nate & Dave are bringing their creative twists on rock hits and country anthems that make their unplugged show anything but ordinary. 🎸
Kitchen special will be a chicken alfredo pasta bowl! Bowtie pasta covered in creamy alfredo sauce, fresh mozzarella and grilled chicken topped with basil grown in Kimmy's herb garden. 🌿

Thurs: 75¢ traditional wings! Naked or breaded, deep fried and seasoned to perfection. Toss 'em in one of our many sauces or dry rubs - bleu cheese and ranch available for dipping.

Sat: $4 old fashioneds plus our surf 'n turf featuring 6 oz steak, shrimp and choice of potato! We're also stocking some extra liquors to bring back some of your favorite classic cocktails for the weekend! Glass 🥃

Sunday Funday: Father's Day cook-out & live music 🎶 ☀️
Afternoon music by Old Shoes as well as a great food special in honor of the dads! Skip cooking at home and stop out here for a fun time, great music and food and hopefully even better weather.
We'll be offering brats and burgers as well as a plate option to include roasted potatoes, pasta salad and other sides.
Games will be set up out back with open volleyball.
$5 fresh squeezed summer hummers, bloody marys and mojitos. Buckets of beer 5 for the price of 4, mix and match.

Taking a simple pole here. Timsan's fried rice was an amazing hit today along with Ms Kimberly Ploeger Ice Cream Social! Truly Incredible! Please let Kimmie know your interest and we will put it together. We will insure we have enough to go around! I got hollered at by the boss Kimmie! Just kidding! All that aside! Please let Kimmie know and we will get it going! We love you all for making The Goal Post a neighborhood stop! We are here to serve you and make new friends! God bless all!

We've said it before but we'll say it again... you all are just the best group of people we could ever ask for and we appreciate you all so much!
Thank you for embracing our Sunday Fundays - and all of our new pop ups, food specials and events. It is truly heart-warming to see you and your families in here supporting us and enjoying yourselves. It's the reason why we do what we do every day.
Our focus this year is really on trying to create an environment that both our neighbors and newcomers just love to be in; good, homemade food at fair prices, fun drinks and specials, music and events that bring everyone together and a beautiful space we can all share and enjoy.
Our patio is getting poured tomorrow with landscaping to follow. More live music including new acts. A Father's Day cook-out. Special guests. The Brewer bus trip. Plus a lot more great things to come- many that we haven't even announced yet!
Thank you all for your patience, your support in what we're doing and for all the time you spend with us. Thank you to Timsan and Sean for cooking for us today and our great bartenders (shout-out to Matt who was here to enjoy the day but ended up jumping in to lend a hand when things got crazy). It takes a village and we really have an incredible one.
