We all love a good brat while we’re grilling out right. Well now you can get one at Heights. Home game weekends we are serving brats boiled in spotted cow, on a buttery brioche bun with bourbon braised onion and a German mustard.

Our soup of the day is green chile chicken. This soup is fresh and vibrant as well as a little hearty with just the right amount of spice.

It’s $0.65 wing Thursday at heights. This weeks special flavor is called El Diablo Naranja. The orange devil in English. This is a blood orange chile de arbol hot sauce. We set out to make a sauce that has a good amount of heat but more importantly still tastes great. The heat isn’t right in your face, it just lingers on the tongue while you enjoy the fruity flavor.

It’s taco Tuesday, our special this week is Al pastor tacos. We roasted pork belly in a sweet and savory marinade with traditional Al pastor sauce. These tacos are served with grilled pineapple, cilantro, onion and cheese.

A new special addition to our heights fiesta menu for a limited time. The carne asada chimichanga. Shaved ribeye, rice, beans and cheese wrapped in a burrito. Deep fried and then smothered in a red sauce and more melty cheese.

Our soup of the day is New England clam chowder. Cold weather is on the way, and this soup is just what you need. Our head chef is from New England so this is about as authentic as it gets in Green Bay.
