Today we’re shining the spotlight on Jaelynn, one of the talented members of our kitchen team!

Jaelynn has spent the last six years building her skills in the kitchen, including time at Gather on Broadway, one of Green Bay’s favorite event venues. Working in an event-driven kitchen helped her develop the speed, organization, and ability to perform under pressure that she brings to our kitchen today.

She’s quick, focused, hardworking, and knows how to keep things moving when the kitchen gets busy. Her knife skills and seriously fast prep work make her an incredibly valuable part of our team.

One of the things we love most about Jaelynn’s story is where her passion for cooking began. When asked who her dream dinner guest would be, she chose her high school culinary teacher — the person who helped inspire her path into the kitchen. ❤️

And when Jaelynn gets to choose what she’s cooking? Give her pasta and garlic bread and she’s in her element. 🍝🧄

We’re so happy to have Jaelynn as part of our kitchen crew and can’t wait to see where her culinary career takes her!

Looking for a job with great people, flexible scheduling, discounted food, and a fast-paced atmosphere? Come join our team at Plae Bistro!

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who aren’t afraid to jump in, stay busy, and be part of a great crew.

✨ WHAT WE OFFER
• $16/hour
• Flexible scheduling
• Discounted meals
• Great co-workers & team atmosphere
• Fast-paced shifts that go by quickly (you will always have a 2nd dishwasher with you, never by yourself for all night shifts)
• 2–3 shifts per week (minimum) up to full-time if interested

🙌 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Must have night & weekend availability
• Must be reliable and show up ready to work
• Able to stand for 6–8 hour shifts
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Because nights and weekends are a big part of this position, sports schedules generally do not work with the availability we need. Applicants must be able to consistently work 2–3 shifts each week.

No boring desk. No taking work home with you. Come in, work hard with a great crew, make some money, and enjoy some seriously good food while you’re at it. 🙌

Today marks a HUGE milestone as we celebrate 10 years with Kelly! 🥂❤️

Kelly is one of our full-time servers and has been a beloved part of the Plae family for an entire decade! Not only is she an incredible server, but she’s also one talented baker. 👩‍🍳🍰 Kelly is the magic behind some of our most famous desserts — including our BTS Cake, Peanut Butter Pie & Rum Cakes!

So, what are Kelly’s Plae favorites?

🍽️ Favorite Plae Dish: Halibut — no matter how they prepare it, it’s perfect! And of course, we can’t forget about the Brussels Sprout Bruschetta!
