Today marks 7 years since I became the owner of Club Chalet Supper Club.

When I took over in 2019, I knew I was becoming part of a tradition that started long before me. What I didn't fully understand was how much work, sacrifice, and heart it would take to keep that tradition going.

Over the past 7 years, we've faced challenges, celebrated successes, welcomed new faces, and watched generations of families gather around our tables. Through it all, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to providing great food, genuine hospitality, and the classic supper club experience that has made Club Chalet special since 1927.

Owning a restaurant isn't just a job. It's early mornings, late nights, holidays, weekends, problem-solving, and constantly striving to make every guest's experience memorable. It's not always easy, but it's a privilege I never take for granted.

To our guests, employees, friends, family, and everyone who has supported Club Chalet over these past 7 years—thank you. Your support, loyalty, and trust mean more than words can express.

Here's to honoring our past, appreciating the present, and looking forward to many more years of making memories together.
