We’re running a little behind this morning due to the earlier power outage followed by some generator issues.

We’re getting everything back up & running now and expect to be READY TO SERVE around 11:30–11:45!

If you travel Route 219 through Salamanca, you already know that bridge light. You sit. You wait. You stare at the construction. Well, tomorrow there will finally be something worth looking forward to.

Loaded Gurney will be set up at Southern Tier West, right by the bridge construction, serving lunch starting at 11 AM.

Loaded potatoes, Sahlen’s hot dogs & all the toppings you can pile on.

What an AWESOME way to end an incredible night! ❤️

Last night at Apollo Canna Co. was one for the books. The Loaded Gurney SOLD OUT! 🔥

But as exciting as selling out was, what really made the night for Shawn & I was hearing what you guys had to say about our food.

We received SO much great feedback, met a ton of new people, saw some familiar faces, had people come back for more and heard some pretty amazing compliments throughout the night.

THAT means everything to us. ❤️

We have been putting a whole lot of time, work and heart into The Loaded Gurney & seeing people genuinely enjoying what we are creating makes those long, exhausting days worth it.

A HUGE thank you to Apollo Canna Co, Donna the Buffalo & crew, and every single person who came out, ordered from us, shared some kind words or showed us some love last night.

We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

Yesterday’s Food Truck Friday was a GREAT day and Shawn & I could not be happier with how it went!

We have been putting a whole lot of time, work & heart into The Loaded Gurney and seeing the support you guys continue to give us has been pretty incredible.

Whether you stopped by yesterday, came back for more, tried us for the first time, shared one of our posts, told someone about us or simply stopped over to say hello…
