As a born-and-raised Montanan, I've always believed there's something special about creating with your hands. From hunting, fishing, and foraging across Montana's rivers, mountains, and prairies to learning the craft of cooking at Boxcar Bistro in Missoula, I've spent my life chasing the satisfaction that comes from turning simple ingredients into something meaningful.
That passion is at the heart of our pasta program at River & Range Bistro.
This weekend we're featuring our handcrafted striped pasta, filled with a rich blend of three cheeses and finished with toasted pine nuts, fragrant truffle oil, and a silky lemon-thyme cream sauce. Every piece is shaped by hand because we believe food should be more than a meal—it should be something beautiful.
We're only open Fridays and Saturdays, and every dish is made in small batches by our team. When it's gone, it's gone.
