Happy Saturday, Great Falls!!

Now...I love a good bit of day-of-the-week alliteration, as evidenced by my regular Float Friday posts. Unfortunately, my alliteration today is:

SNAFU SATURDAY

That's right—there's been a bit of a snafu with our nitrogen tank, so we've stocked up as much ice cream as we could, but we're out of luck for making more until Monday. Sigh.

Still, we'll be here tonight, down a couple flavors but ready to scoop for you until we can't anymore! Open 4:00–10:00 (or until we sell out)

It's Float Friday, and this one has been on my mind for a looooong time!

Introducing...the TAOLF.

That's FLOAT backwards, because we're clever like that. This delicious little treat is basically a classic Root Beer Float in reverse: Cream Soda with Root Beer ice cream. It's fun, it's refreshing, and it's the perfect pairing for your Friday night!

Or, if you want to skip the soda but still get the joy of a Root Beer Float, grab yourself a simple scoop of Root Beer ice cream. Shout out to the boy who tried it earlier this week, whose face lit up as he exclaimed, "That tastes carbonated!"

In January, I visited Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm 🪻 on Maui. The farm was amazing and the views were incredible! While I was there, I got a bottle of lavender lemonade that was so wonderful that, ever since, I've wished I bought several more bottles to take with me.

Which is why we now have Lemon Lavender ice cream for y'all to enjoy!

This extra creamy ice cream is lemon forward, with the lavender coming in on the tail end—just a hint to elevate the flavor, not a ton to make it taste soapy.

It's a Lemon Lavender that even lavender haters love. (True story: a man came in last night who said absolutely NOT to Lemon Lavender when he saw it on the menu...then someone in his group handed him a sample without telling him what it was, and he ended up ordering it. That's how good this stuff is! 😂)

We'll be open and scooping tonight 4:00–9:00. And Huckleberry lovers rejoice: we were wiped out of Haunted Huckleberry before 8:00 last night so I'm making SO MUCH EXTRA today to make sure we're solid there.

A flavor two months in the making!

As of today, we've been open two months, and I've known since Day One (well before that, really) that I wanted a great huckleberry ice cream on our menu.

But if I was going to do it, I wanted to do it RIGHT: Strong, all natural flavor and color; real huckleberries; and a special little something to make this your new *favorite* huckleberry ice cream.

The time has finally come to introduce HAUNTED HUCKLEBERRY!

This new permanent flavor gives you that huckleberry flavor Montana is famous for, but I couldn't just leave it at a rich, creamy ice cream...it needed a little something MORE. An added huckleberry ribbon gives an extra little pop of the tart, sweet berries to keep each scoop exciting!
