We are soft opening tomorrow from 9 to close (gonna feel it out). We will have a very limited food menu due to how crazy the week has been (completely moving the business across town, inspections, early arrival of a new baby, etc. 😉), but we have plenty of coffee (to brew and retail bags) and are ready to see everyone. We do ask for extra patience, as this is a brand new environment for us and we are still figuring out how everything is flowing. See you in the morning!

We have a new drink special available tomorrow! We’re pulling a double espresso using Spiced Citrus, which has an incredible cardamom aroma, adding 40ml of milk, honey simple syrup and shaking over ice. We’re serving it over ice and dusting lightly with cinnamon. This is a traditionally sized beverage that’s approachable for anyone, has great complexity of flavor and still captures the unique flavor profile of the coffee itself.

It’s supposed to be cold and rainy tomorrow, but we currently have four different coffees from dialed on espresso for you to enjoy. ALL of the .bermudeztapia coffees we’ve had have changed our standard for what exceptional green coffee, innovative processing and properly sorted, delicate/well-developed roasted specialty coffee can be. In our opinion, we cannot find better and what we’ve been tasting is the best coffee we’ve ever had. Stop in, hang out for awhile and enjoy some of the best espresso you’re going to find!

We have a full restock on retail coffee from ! Arcadia is a first time retail option that we will also be using as our primary espresso at the shop. It has an intensely sweet, fruity fragrance and tastes like chocolate covered berries in the cup. We also have more Cinnamon Leche, Golden Hour and Chocolate Strudel so you can stock up on your favorites. We cannot overstate how exceptional these coffees from .bermudeztapia have been—truly unlike anything we’ve encountered and we are confident we can provide you with a one of a kind experience with these coffees on our bar!

Tomorrow, we’ll have a limited amount of the sandwich we featured last week—Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, basil and a maple balsamic butter, flat pressed on our house focaccia! We’ll also (FOR SURE 😉) have a small batch of Kouign-amann tomorrow as well, so stop down and start your Saturday with us!

Today and tomorrow only, we will have a very limited supply of made in house, hand laminated Kouign-amann! They will be ready around 10:00 today, and ready by opening tomorrow (9:00). 🙌🏻

Our featured drink for Feasting in the Falls is a cortado made with our house chocolate sauce, freeze dried raspberry and half and half. It’s a perfect balance between a traditional espresso drink and something a little sweeter. 👌🏼
