Greystone has been more than a building to usāitās been a passion project, a labor of love, and our heartfelt contribution to preserving a piece of Great Bendās history. After more than a decade of exploring, planning, and investing in its future, weāve made the difficult decision to list the property for sale.
This iconic structureārich in history, architectural beauty, and community memoriesādeserves a vibrant future. While our journey to revitalize Greystone has taken many forms over the years, we believe the next chapter belongs to someone new. Weāre hopeful that a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit will step forward to carry this dream across the finish line.
Weāre proud to share that all grant funds awarded through the Loft Grant Project and the IGNITE Competition have been fully repaid, and we are deeply grateful for the support weāve received along the way. To assist the next owner in getting started, we plan to include our architectural plans with the sale of the property.
Though our chapter as stewards of the Historic A.F. & A.M. Masonic Lodge in Downtown Great Bend, KS, is coming to a close, weāll be cheering from the sidelinesāfor you, and for the continued growth of our hometown.
