May is here and so is our new monthly special! This month you can enjoy chicken ocopa. Ocopa is a traditional Peruvian sauce made with huacatay (black mint), and aji amarillo (yellow chili pepper).

This dish has robust flavor with chicken thighs, roasted peanuts, cotija cheese, potatoes, and fresh peas, that pair perfectly with the ocopa sauce. It's aromatic and has just the right spice.
