We will have a great menu for this event, including our famous pulled pork grilled cheese, Bayou quesadillas,(with boudin, grilled peppers, and cheese) and more!

We’ll even have banana pudding tacos and The Velvet Elvis for dessert, whipped peanut butter and mascarpone on buttery grilled toast, topped with housemade caramel and powdered sugar!

We are parked beside Grayson Town Hall on 126 E.

We will open tomorrow at 5 pm, set up beside Grayson Town Hall! We will be available on DoorDash, as well as pick up at the truck.

Menu will include a home style burger, Blues Burger, (with pickled jalapeños, bacon, and cream cheese) and the famous Zydeco Burger (with BBQ Ranch sauce, bacon, and fried jalapeños), all on sourdough buns.

We’ll also have boudin balls, Bayou Quesadillas, and more!

Starting this Wednesday, The Rubber Biscuit will be available on DoorDash a few nights a week! We will start with a limited menu, our burgers on sourdough buns, crispy fried catfish, and a few specialties, and we will see how it goes!
