Our caramel cheesecake cookies are back! Homemade graham cracker flavored cookies, with a rich cream cheese frosting, finished with a drizzle of Ghirardelli caramel.
And with cookies this sticky delicious, you're going to need a cup of coffee to rinse things down. Good thing these pair perfectly with a latte – straight, or go ahead and make it a theme day with our homemade caramel syrup.

The weather is rough today. Rainy. Blustery. With intermittent flashes of lightning and rumbles of thunder.
The kind of weather that floods Pooh Corner and washes away poor Piglet. The kind of weather where it's better to hole up and ride it out if you can.
But if that's not an option, and you've got to be out in it, we've got you covered on coffee. Whether you take a cortado or a latte, flat white or long black, we can make it for you. However you like it.

Our home-made, sourdough poptarts are available in strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cinnamon brown sugar, and cherry.
The newest cookie this week is birthday cake.
All were baked fresh last night.
This morning's scones are still cooling on the rack.
Our drinks are made to order, however you like them.
We might not have a drive-through, but coffee and baked goods this good are worth slowing down and lingering over. We promise.

We're open again *knock wood* on regular hours. Great big thanks to Dr. Will Stevens with GooseBridleCoffee and whatever dark roast magic aura he carries with him. This is twice now that Will has saved our bacon; once by diagnosing a bad valve I was able to replace myself, and this time just by showing up to help us load the machine, only to have it miraculously start working when I went to demonstrate the problem.
All those blown relays, and all we needed all along was someone to just stop in and – as my papaw would have said – "make a liar out of me."
Thanks again, Will! We appreciate your coffee beans, your care in your craft, and – most importantly – your friendship.

Like a bold coffee flavor, but straight espresso is a bit much? Try a cortado!
A shot of espresso, tamed with an equal amount of steamed milk, it's a great way to start your day and pairs well with both sweet and savory pastries. If you want something just a little stronger than a cappuccino, try a cortado.
