The team from Maine didn’t cry or sulk, they stood there and applauded the team from Massachusetts… they fought hard during the game , but when it was over they showed great class and sportsmanship , and that’s the way it should always be. When something bad happens it’s covered by every news orgization… why doesn’t that happen when something good happens
These Maine kids had fought their way through the tournament (they'd already lost once to Bridgewater earlier and had to win their way back into the final). They knew exactly how hard it was and how big that celebration was for the Bridgewater boys.
So they stood there, watched and applauded. No drama, no bitterness-just respect for a team that earned it. That's the good stuff.
