Well, Thursday has rolled around again, and apparently Mother Nature decided we weren’t quite ready to put summer completely behind us. 😂

It may be a little warmer today, but that’s no reason to heat up YOUR kitchen!

Because around here, Thursday still means one thing…

We’ve got that crispy, golden, breaded country fried steak coming out hot and getting covered in a generous helping of our homemade creamy white gravy.

Well, look at that… we made it to the middle of the week. And if your brain has officially run out of ideas for supper before lunchtime even got here, we’ve got a suggestion:

That homemade meatloaf has been making its way onto our Wednesday menu for OVER FIVE YEARS now. That’s longer than some folks around here have kept the same hairstyle, vehicle, or New Year’s resolution. 😂

And with these cooler fall days settling in, nothing sounds better than a plate of good ol’ homemade comfort food. The kind of meal that makes you slow down, clean your plate, and wonder why you wore pants with a waistband that doesn’t have a little give. 😂

But there’s one thing that doesn’t change with the seasons around here…
