Karvuma at MeZe started with a friendship.

When a dear friend stopped by the restaurant looking for something special, Alon went to work. What came together was a dish that reminded their guest of a beloved Turkish meal from years past.
The result?

A hearty bowl of smooth hummus topped with MeZe savory kebab meat and onions, finished with tahini, za'atar, paprika, cumin, and Yemen schug, served alongside warm pita and falafel.
