🥪 NEW AT WYLD TIGER: FOCACCIA SANDWICHES 🥪

Starting this Thursday, we’ll be offering a limited selection of handcrafted focaccia sandwiches, available Thursday through Sunday beginning at 11 AM.

This week’s lineup:

🥩 The Mortadella
Mortadella, burrata, pistachio pesto, arugula & olive oil

🥗 Caprese (Vegetarian)
Tomato, mozzarella, arugula, balsamic glaze & olive oil

🌱 Eggplant Tapenade (Vegan)
Roasted eggplant, roasted peppers, olive tapenade, balsamic drizzle & house-made vegan mayo

🥪 Chopped Italian
Salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini & more

All sandwiches are served on our fresh-baked focaccia and will be pre-made and ready to grab and go.

⚠️ Limited quantities available this week as we get a feel for demand, so when they’re gone, they’re gone!

A Quick Update from Wyld Tiger 🐅✨

Thank you all for your patience while we’ve been closed this past week finishing a major construction project. We’re so close to the finish line, but we need one more day to put the final touches on everything.

We will remain closed this Thursday June 4th and will be back open Friday June 5th for normal business hours.

We know you’ve been waiting for your bread and pastries, and we can’t wait to welcome you back into the bakery. The extra day will help us make sure everything is ready for a smooth reopening.

Thank you for your support, understanding, and enthusiasm throughout this process. We can’t wait to see you Friday! 💕🥐🍞
