At Lumberjacks we are driven by our enthusiasm for quality large meals made from scratch and outstanding service. We strive to create an atmosphere of teamwork, hospitality and high standards that is enjoyed by guests and employees alike. We are looking for a Server who can engage in preparing and serving food while providing guests with excellent and welcoming service.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
�1. Able to promote a welcoming environment for every guest.�
2. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guest's expectations.�
3. Able to interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
�4. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.�
5. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.�
6. Take directions and guidance from management

Requirements:�
• 1 year of experience in a Server role at a similar restaurant�
• Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction�
• 100% commitment to teamwork approach�
• Knowledge of Aloha preferred�
• ServSafe Food certification
�• Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, cooks, bussers, and guests)

We are looking for Cooks who can prepare food and operate equipment in accordance to the standards set by Lumberjacks.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

-Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by Lumberjacks�
-Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
-�Food preparation and portioning prior to service�
-Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work environment
-�Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

On a daily basis, Dishwashers will Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwasher or by hand. They Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. 1 of the main responsibilities as a dishwasher is to Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
