José “Sixto” Ramírez IS Meat U Anywhere BBQ! In the kitchen, on the smoker, on the cutting boards, on the parrilla on our massive Meatertainment Trailer, interacting with customers, through rain, sleet, heat and snow, he always has shown up before anyone else! He’s done it ALL since we opened our doors in 2014. And he keeps giving it his all and we could not be more grateful. He’s celebrating a birthday himself this weekend so when you stop in don’t forget to say, “Happy Birthday.” Many BBQ places claim to have the best pitmaster.
