Hey friends! Its hard to believe its been a year since I started posting on social media! I wanted to make something epic to commemorate our first year. So much great food, good times, and wonderful people! ✨

We got a visit from EnzoTheGreat.com on Sunday and wanted to dedicate this week's post to the journeys of a guy and his dog. They've been documenting their travels and tribulations on Social Media over the past few months. Its a real touching story so I invite you to find them on YouTube as EnzoTheGreatX and Facebook And I Walk Across America 2.0 - and hear him tell the story himself.

Not much has changed on at the surface of Joe and Mimi's, but the winds of change are hitting us behind the scenes. We're working out the details with selling b**r, adding a few dessert options, and how we can start offering deliveries.

One thing IS certain; our dough, sauces and ingredients will remain awesome! A big thanks to our wholesome community!

Yesterday, we went to Amaysing MEATS to show you some of what makes Mimi's Meatballs so special!

With beef prices going crazy - theres no reason to NOT get the best quality when it hardly affects the price! Locally owned, operated, and supplied what more could we ask for?

That Gambler Pizza... you guys, it's incredible. The sheer amount of prosciutto was impressive, but honestly, it all just comes together and just *works*. Perfectly balanced, absolutely delicious.

🤤 MMM Pizza Turnover! 🍕 Sausage, ham, pepperoni, and cheese in a perfectly baked turnover crust – it's a slice of New York you can eat!

Seriously, how have I not tried this out? 🤯 (Me: the social media guy) Its only $14, I don't have to share, and it was absolutely delicious!

Huge thanks for the awesome b**r suggestions last week 🍻 We're excited!
