We specialize in healthy, delicious Mediterranean and Italian inspired cuisine -- almost all of which can be made gluten free! At The Vine Restaurant we love to eat healthy, so we cook that way. We offer many heart-healthy meals including stea

ks, seafood, pasta, salads, gourmet burgers, sandwiches, soups and more. We also offer many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Our staff is well trained in accommodating your specific dietary needs! All of our housemade sauces are gluten free, and many dishes can be made without dairy. Our pasta noodles are dairy free, egg free, soy free, and corn free. Simply substitute gluten free pasta for a fully gluten free meal -- it’s classic pastas with a twist! We strive to provide an entirely GMO free menu and supply as many organic ingredients as possible, including hormone free chicken and grass fed beef when available. Have a question about where it comes from? We’re dedicated to ensuring that you are receiving healthful ingredients in each delicious bite. Fried Eggplant Parmesan is on the menu today!!

Y’all have been asking for Eggplant Parm, so we made it happen! Our eggplant is hand-breaded and FRIED crispy, then topped with rich marinara and melted cheese. ❤️

And don’t forget — it’s gluten free, but so yummy you wouldn’t even know it was gluten free! 😋

Tonight’s special is the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite.

Eggplant Aglio e Olio — sautéed eggplant, golden garlic, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and perfectly coated pasta coming together in a rich, savory, garlicky glow.

Every bite is comforting, vibrant, and packed with flavor without feeling heavy. The tomatoes burst, the garlic melts in, the basil brightens everything up… it’s one of those “why is this SO good?” kind of plates.

Y’all asked for more eggplant dishes, and trust us — this one was worth the wait.

Grandma’s Bolognese recipe is still bringing smiles to faces. It definitely is one of our favorites here at The Vine.
