The egg rolls have become so popular that it's hard for me to keep them in the truck! I work a lot of days by myself and it's just not feasible for me to do a menu and have them on it as well. If I was to offer them for sale by the Dozen, where guys would just have to warm them up in a fryer or an air fryer. Is that something you would be interested in? They would be on a pre-order basis and they'd be made fresh!

I'm not going to lie I'm really excited about the schedule this week! I got the rest that I needed, Heather and I got out to have a little fun at the demo derby! And now it's time to bring the barbecue out to everybody!

If you happen to have a teenager and They want to make a couple bucks this week, I could use someone to run my register on Wednesday at Lakeview School and Thursday over in Hutchinson at Bobbing Bobber . It's really easy and I could train them in about 5 minutes!

feeling way better right now! Amazing what an extra 8 hours of sleep can get you. Which is about 2 more hours and I've gotten in the last 4 days! I appreciate everybody who's commented reached out or called I just thought I would update you.

New Ulm — We Need to Reschedule ❤️

Unfortunately, I need to cancel today at Smiley’s Tavern in New Ulm.

I woke up this morning with a few health issues that I need to take seriously and make sure I’m addressing the right way. The last two weeks have probably been the busiest I’ve been since before my heart attack, and I’ve been pushing myself really, really hard. Apparently, my body has decided it’s time to push back a little. 😂

I’m disappointed because I was really looking forward to bringing all your fair favorites to New Ulm today. But sometimes you have to listen to your body and do what’s right.

I’m hoping we can get another day or two scheduled at Smiley’s soon, and I promise we’ll bring the fair food back to you!

And I know… a lot of you were probably showing up just to watch Heather bust my balls all day. 😂 Don’t worry — that entertainment has only been postponed. You’ll just have to wait a little longer!
