🚨 BREAKING NEWS: CONSTRUCTION IS HAPPENING AGAIN! 🚨

We checked. Twice. There are actual people working out front.

After what feels like 6–8 business years, they’re pouring new curbs and gutters in front of The Brass Rail! Progress! 🎉

Of course, no construction milestone would be complete without a small sacrifice… and this time, they broke our OPEN sign. 💀

So, since our sign can no longer perform its one and only job, we’ll do it ourselves:

📢 THE BRASS RAIL IS OPEN!
🐔 EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
⏰ 11 AM–9 PM

The road may be questionable.
The OPEN sign may be deceased.
Our patience may be hanging on by a thread.

But we're still here, ready to serve you. 🍗😂

We’re impatiently waiting for the glorious day when we can finally say, “THE ROAD IS OPEN!”

Until then, follow the cones, trust your instincts, and come get some chicken. 🚧🐔🍺

🚧 **LATE OPENING TOMORROW — TUESDAY, AUGUST 25** 🚧

We can finally say something we weren’t sure we’d ever get to say…

There’s an end in sight for the road construction! 🎉🐔

Before we cross the finish line, we’ve got a few things on our own to-do list that we need to get checked off. So, The Brass Rail will be opening at 4:00 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25.

Thank you to everyone who has navigated cones, barrels, lane changes, giant holes, confusing entrances, and the late, great "Chicken Little Lake" to keep supporting us through all of this.

We’ll see you at 4 PM tomorrow! 🍻

And hopefully very soon, getting here won’t require the navigational skills of Lewis and Clark.

🕯️ IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHICKEN LITTLE LAKE 🕯️

It is with happy hearts and slightly muddy boots that we announce the filling in of Chicken Little Lake, formerly located just outside The Brass Rail.

Born sometime during the Highway 65 construction project, Chicken Little Lake lived a short but memorable life. For several glorious weeks, it provided our guests with waterfront views, questionable fishing opportunities, and the finest puddle-side dining in Isanti County.

Sadly, after an unexpected delay and a brief illness known as “construction actually making progress,” Chicken Little Lake has been filled in.

Chicken Little Lake is survived by several orange barrels, a few traffic cones, and a suspicious amount of gravel.

It will be remembered for its shallow depth, unpredictable shoreline, and its unwavering commitment to looking like a lake when it was, in fact, just a giant hole full of rainwater.

**Services will be held daily from 11 AM to 9 PM. Drinks and food will be available for purchase.** The hole is filled in. Please join us in celebrating this momentous occasion.

The Brass Rail remains OPEN during construction, and we're happy to report that the road project is moving along!

Rest easy, Chicken Little Lake.
You were shallow, temporary, and mostly inconvenient—but you gave us some great content. ❤️🌊
