Last week we were told, “You have the worst location!” Followed up quickly with, “To find.” It’s not the first time we’ve heard something like that, and it won’t be the last.

We get it. Really.

Opening a cafe in our warehouse was NOT the original plan. But things change. Pandemics happen. Grocery stores replace you. Wholesale accounts shift. Close their doors. Start roasting for themselves.

So here we are. And honestly we’re pretty damn proud of this wild pivot. Thanks to you, we think it just might work.

The answer to, are y’all gonna have more music in your space?🤞we’re planning on a show a month. Think NPR’s tiny desk meets 90s MTV unplugged at your fave lil roastery.

◼️We’re thrilled and honored to kick it all off with Josh Garvelink & Stray Horses! 🐎 This Americana and folk-rock band from Grand Rapids, Michigan, blends warm, rootsy textures with a restless edge. Inspired by a poetic spirit, their songs pair rich vocal harmonies with honest, grounded storytelling. Equal parts tender and rowdy, their music feels like an invitation to lean in and listen.

Don’t miss this show!

🙌 Frontman Josh is officially our first regular in both coffee imbibing and guitar picking, and our collabotor for many an event. All the gratitude, friend, for giving us the push we needed to get this series off the ground.
