📣🗣️We have finally found the PERFECT business (and owner!) to take over the restaurant portion of Marshall’s! We are so very happy to announce that Delaney's Diner will soon make Grandview their next location. Delaney’s is well known for their amazing breakfast and the delicious Pasta Salvi and we couldn’t be happier to have them here in this wonderful community! We hope that you all welcome Jeff and the Delaney’s family with the same love and support you all showed Matt, Shannon, and the Marshall’s crew from over the years. An opening date of June is the goal. Follow the Delaney’s page to keep updated on progress.

We have some bittersweet news.

After 37 years of running this wonderful little restaurant and bar, we are closing the doors.
We have loved every minute working in this crazy industry. It’s our time to enjoy family, friends, and building our other business (Central Ohio Tree Trimming Service….Aka COTTS) even more.
We are forever thankful for all the fun, laughs, tears, friendships made, and so much more at 1105 West First Ave.
