One beautiful sunny day Dave Almquist drove by and thought to himself what a great place to have my daughter's wedding here. So shortly after Dave became the proud owner of this building and he and his sons remodeled it from a building with just an open floor and no windows to a western theme restaurant and named it the Cedar Creek Grille.
