We are out of the in retail but have about 1lb left at the cafe for pour over. This coffee has come and gone extremely fast and we are sad to see it go 😞

Maybe it will return this summer, maybe we have a stash set aside for a special 3 week event this summer idk maybe 👀🫪

Coffee is over 98% water, and the quality of that water matters. Not only the cleanliness of it but also what minerals are in it. We just started carrying Konflux concentrated water drops as a post brew additive or as a water modifier to brew your coffee at home with. Starting with good coffee is a great way to improve your home coffee game, and the next best step is proper water composition. We dont think that our coffee necessarily needs it, but it definitely deserves it 💦☕️

Subscription day! Our coffee subscription is growing slowly but steadily. We haven't talked about it much here but we think its a killer value. Each month you get a retail bag shipped to your door, a lil piece of candy and a hand typed letter from Jon giving more in depth info about each coffee. Each month the coffee is something new and usually features exotic processes or varietals. If a retail bag is too small for you, we also have a 2lb option to keep the whole family awake ☕️😈
